PERIODIC UPDATION OF KYC (REKYC)

As per the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, it is mandatory to periodically update and reconfirm your KYC (Know Your Customer) details, including Address & Identity Proof, with Barota Finance Limited.

To download forms:

๐Ÿ‘‰ If there is no change in your KYC details or only a change in address: Please submit a duly signed Self-Declaration Form available Download

๐Ÿ‘‰ If there is a change in address as well as in KYC information:We request you to complete your Re-KYC at the earliest by following these steps:

Step 1: Fill the Re-KYC Form available Download

Step 2: Affix a recent passport-size colour photograph

Step 3: Attach self-attested copies of valid ID & Address Proof documents along with the duly filled and signed Re-KYC form Copy of Valid KYC documents


How to Submit Re-KYC documents:
  1. Submit to Authorised Official of the Company:
    Hand over the signed documents to our Companyโ€™s authorised official in your area (carrying valid Company ID).
