๐ If there is no change in your KYC details or only a change in address: Please submit a duly signed Self-Declaration Form available Download
๐ If there is a change in address as well as in KYC information:We request you to complete your Re-KYC at the earliest by following these steps:
Step 1: Fill the Re-KYC Form available Download
Step 2: Affix a recent passport-size colour photograph
Step 3: Attach self-attested copies of valid ID & Address Proof documents along with the duly filled and signed Re-KYC form Copy of Valid KYC documents
